Group Description 1
The purpose of this Trauma-Informed Interpersonal Process Psychotherapy Group is to help you develop a deeper understanding of how you relate to yourself and others. This is primarily achieved by exploring your thoughts, feelings, and reactions toward other group members in real time. Through this process, you can gain insight into how you impact others, understand and break unconscious relational habits, and develop healthier methods of connecting to and expressing your emotions. In this process group, you will get honest feedback from members about how you come across, hearing multiple perspectives at once. The group is especially helpful for those who have experienced relational trauma, like narcissistic abuse. This group meets in person weekly on Wednesdays from 4-5:30pm in Concord, MA.
Group Description 2
Monthly Relational Trauma Supervision/Consultation group for licensed therapists, social workers, and psychologists. This consultation group will explore therapeutic approaches and challenges encountered when working with clients who have relational trauma, with a focus on building secure therapeutic alliances and navigating complex attachment dynamics. Topics will include: reflective practice, addressing countertransference, and developing trauma-informed strategies to foster clients' emotional safety and healing. Additionally, we will discuss building and maintaining a private practice. This group meets virtually from 8:30am-10am the third Friday of each month.
