VIRTUAL PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT EVENT

Minding the Body: Self Care in the Age of Zoom

with Robin Shaw and Oona Metz, LICSW

Sunday, March 29, 3-4 pm

Many therapists are reporting physical discomfort and a new level of fatigue as they quickly transition to telehealth platforms. Back and neck pain, eye strain, exhaustion, increased anxiety, and decreased focus have made our work even harder as we navigate the Covid-19 crisis for ourselves and our clients.

This hour-long workshop will offer you some practical tools and methods for self care, before, during, and after your sessions with clients. Gentle and important strategies to move, to release, to care for self, and perhaps to find new ways of working with your clients while you are in this new paradigm.

Please note that this workshop will take place on Zoom. A code will be sent to participants the day before the workshop.

Fee $25 for NSGP Members $30 for Non Members
