In this conference, we aim to explore all the different meanings of Diversity in our profession. How do we think about difference in our groups, and in our lives? We hope to explore concepts, biases and ideas in areas that challenge and enrich our perspectives. By pushing against our own levels of comfort, we open spaces to create more welcoming and safe places to heal and be healed.
