Practice Development Workshops
Organized by: Practice Development Committee Next session: TBD The Practice Development Committee organizes short-format workshops on topics relevant to clinicians at all stages of their careers. These events are designed to be accessible and practical, offering an opportunity to learn from local and national experts, engage with current issues in the field, and connect with fellow clinicians. Workshops are open to both members and non-members. Topics vary each year and reflect what is timely and relevant in group therapy and mental health practice. Past workshops have explored subjects such as supporting gender diverse clients, the use of AI in psychotherapy practice, and addressing body image in group work. Workshops are held in person in the greater Boston area or virtually via Zoom, and typically run two hours. Registration fees are kept low, with a BIPOC/Student rate available for select events. |
