Group Description 1

20s group - for people in their 20s working on connecting and better understanding themselves in relationships. Meets on Thursdays from 4:40pm - 5:55pm. Alternates in-person and Zoom weekly.

Group Description 2

Early Young Adult Group - for young men and women in their 20s and 30s. Members are working on relationships, better understanding themselves, and coping skills. Meets Tuesdays from 5:30pm - 6:45pm

Group Description 3

Mixed Adult Group - for men and women in their 30s and 40s. Group members are working on issues such as intimacy, assertiveness, people pleasing, and relationship issues. Meets Thursdays from 5:45pm - 7:00pm

Group Description 4

Lunchtime Men's Group - for men in their 20s to 60s working on connecting, self-esteem, and better understanding themselves in relationships. Meets Thursdays on Zoom; In-person on the 2nd Thursday of the month, 12:00pm - 1:15pm.

20s Men's Group for men in their 20s working on connecting, self-esteem, and better understanding themselves in relationships. Meets on Zoom, on Mondays 5-6:15p

Group Description 6

Men's Group - for men in the 20s to 60s working on connecting, self-esteem, and better understanding themselves in relationships. Meets in-person on Tuesdays 4:05p-5:20p
