The NSGP Practice Development Committee Presents

    A Room Full of Shapeshifters:
Addressing Body Image in a Group

We all have bodies and we all have feelings about them – but there are so few places that we can talk about our body image in productive, connected and creative ways. Deb has been running body image workshops and groups for over 20 years and in this session, she will share the ways she has seen the power of the group experience bring healing to both attachment trauma and body image. Join her for a dynamic discussion about how we all have the capacity to have a different relationship with our body image and how much more connected we can be to ourselves when we do. She will bring special attention to how to integrate these tools into group work.
