Young Adult
Interpersonal Process Group
Open to individuals in their 20s and 30s
who are currently in individual therapy.
Wednesdays
6:00-7:15pm
First week of the month in-person
and other weeks on Zoom.
Examples of goals for group:
• Improve unsatisfying, frustrating, or disappointing relationships
• Become more aware of behavioral patterns
• Enhance social skills and intimacy
• Decrease loneliness or isolation
• Diminish feelings of helplessness
• Increase self-esteem and confidence
• Resolve feelings of shame
• Confront and change problematic behavior
• Communicate more authentically and freely
• Reduce anxiety or worry in social situations
