Developing Emotional Immediacy in the Zoom Room

Sunday, February 7, 2021

4:00-6:00 pm on Zoom

$50 members, $60 nonmembers

For many of us, zoom has been our ” ventilator” for our social world and for the way group and individual therapy have been conducted during this pandemic. While group principles remain the same, under stressful conditions, the group therapist and group have had to navigate a new environment that can, at any moment, divert or progress the emotional communication. How can we optimize the experience to create authenticity and intimacy?

During this workshop we will discuss how we might develop emotional immediacy in the group followed by a demonstration group and discussion.
