This workshop will include video clips of the presenter's clinical work demonstrating the use of Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. At the present moment, experiential interventions are applicable to any theoretical orientation and modality. You will learn how to help clients distinguish between their adaptive and their defensive emotions, and how to facilitate bonding moments.
