Presented by Siobhan O’Neill, MD, CGP, & Karsten Kueppenbender, MD, CGP

There are many new medications being used to treat psychiatric disorders. The use of nutritional supplements, and less traditional pharmaceuticals is increasing. We will give a concise overview of recent developments, to assist the non-prescriber in understanding what’s being prescribed and why.

About the Presenters:

Dr. Siobhan O'Neill is Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at a Harvard Medical School, and is affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital and McLean Hospital. She has a private practice in Belmont, MA. Siobhan is also a member of NSGP and the Secretary of the NSGP Foundation.

Dr. Karsten Kueppenbender is Instructor in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, and is the Associate Director of the West End Outpatient Addiction Clinic at Massachusetts General Hospital. He has a private practice in Belmont, MA. Karsten is also a member of NSGP.
